My First Organic Produce Box

So today I got my first organic produce box.  Got some really good stuff.  Here is a list of what I got in the box:

• Kiwi
• Grapefruit
• Mango
• Apples
• Oranges
• Lemons
• Bananas
• Bag of Beets
• Head of Cauliflower
• Bag of Yellow Potatoes
• Bunch of Broccoli
• Cucumber
• Head of Romaine Lettuce
• Bunch of Cilantro
• Cherry/Grape Tomatoes
• Baby Bok Choi

Now to make some awesome breakfast/lunch/suppers with everything.  Yummy.

What I'm Reading

Here are a couple of books I will be reading:

I hope to read all of these this month but not sure I can do it. I am going to try my hardest though.

Happy New Year Everyone

Well first off, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Now I wrote some New Year Resolutions for 2012, I am hoping to accomplish maybe one or two of them by the end of the year lol.

1.  Try to be more organized.
2.  Try to eat healthier.
3.  Try to keep up with everthing around the house.
4.  Try to buy nothing new for a year.  (Read about this on And then there were four blog).  Seems intersting and something neat to try.
5.  Try to save money.
6.  Try to make more videos and write on my blog.  And take pictures as well.

On another topic, My daughter Huntter woke up this morning with chicken pox.  She has calamine lotion on the itchys.

 
So far our year is going great lol.  My only worry is that Gunner my 8 month old might get them.  I don't have to worry about the two older boys Dylan and Bradley they already had the chicken pox.  Gonna have to wait and see if Gunner gets them.  I know its dangerous for babies cause they can't really take anything for it.  I have to ask the doctor tomorrow.

Advice on Jar Food

Hey

I am in need for advice.  My 7 month old does not like jar or baby I make for him.  He loves the cereal and he also likes Farley cookies.  I have no idea what to do or give him or get him to try the jar or homemade food.  Any advice would be good.  Please and thank you.

Movie and Game Little Haul

Just a little haul on some movies and games I got the kids for Christmas...

I also got my oldest the Kindle because he loves to read so i thought that would be great for him to use.  I also bought The Night Before Christmas pop-out book to read to the kids before they go to bed on Christmas Eve.  Well that's it for now.

Trying Some Organic

Hey All,

So I've been researching on organics and going green and other stuff.  And i have decided to try some Organic fruits and veggies, and i'm going to try the home delivery.  They will deliver every other week, so we will see how it goes.  I am not done my researching on everything I would like try to yet, but I will keep everyone posted.
