Yoga.

So, I have been doing yoga everyday.  It's really relaxing and I am enjoying it.  I was planning on doing it only twice a week and started doing it everyday, but not on the weekends. 


I didnt go to the library to take out a DVD, instead I found a channel on TV that has yoga in the morning on it.  The channel is called ONE. 

Yoga is number 2 on my list.  I am going to continue doing it.
