Day in a Life: March 11/2013
Today didn't start off to good. We didn't do a whole lot.
We went grocery shopping and then my mom took the 3 older kids to the movies.
Gunner and I stayed home and had lunch. We listened to music and then I put Gunner for a nap. I finished playing peggle, well not completely finished it lol.
Then Gunner and I waited for the older kids to home.
That was basically our day.

Review on Kiehl's Marvelous Mineral Mascara
Today I decided I would do a review on my favourite mascara. I am not being paid to do it, I just wanted to share my favourite mascara with everyone.
1. How does it work?
- Kiehl's Marvelous Mineral Mascara is very gentle on lashes. It contains jojoba oil and aloe vera to condition lashes and uses a tug free brush. The rich colour comes from mineral pigments and acai Senegal gives the mascara its volumizing power.
2. How did it perform?
- Kiehl's Marvelous Mineral Mascara made my lashes dark, long and thick, everything I want in a long-wearing mascara. Kiehl's Marvelous Mineral Mascara isn't labeled as a water-resistant formula, it stayed in place all day without ever giving me the slightest hint of raccoon eyes.
3. Is it right for me?
- Kiehl's Marvelous Mineral Mascara is a wonderful, all around mascara it comes in two shades, black and black brown.
It is labeled as opthomalogist tested and is allergy tested and that its safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
It is a little pricey because I ordered it in from the States, but I recommend it for everyone!

Toddler Topics: Dealing with Tantrums
Today's topic is a hard one. My 22 month old has tantrums but not alot of them, and when he does have them he gets so frustrated he bangs his head on anything hard.
My other 3 children still have tantrums but I dont ever remember them banging there heads on anything.
I have mentioned this to the doctor but all he said was that he has a temper. I can see that as his father is a lose cannon, literally. But that's another story.
When Gunner does have his tantrums I usually just let him have it until the head banging starts, then I stop it. When we are in public and he has a tantrum I leave where ever I am and go home.
Other then that I dont know how else I can or should deal with it. It seems to be working fine and he doesnt have alot of them. He is a good little boy and I love him tantrums and all.

These are them lol.
This is my favourite sweater, its so warm. I live in Canada and it has been really cold in February, so the sweater helped alot.
Gunner favourite things is a ball. This soccer ball he loves. It helps him with his 1 2 3s and colours. It plays music as well, he loves it.
Huntter loves these Monster High dolls. She plays with them everyday. Her friend A got her into them and since then she has been hooked.
Bradley loves Lego. Couldn't find his so I took a picture of Huntter's lol. That's how much he loves it.
Dylan loves PS3 and Wii. Right now this is his favourite game on the PS3. He is only allowed to play them on the weekends. I have a no game on school day rule. He isn't a fan of that rule, but oh well.
Ok, so now here are some of our favourite shows for the month of February.
I am hooked on the show 24. I have been watching it on Netflix religiously. I am only on Season 2 Episode 15. Its getting interesting.
Gunner likes Bubble Guppies and dances around everytime he here's the music to it.
Huntter likes Juicebox, its just a kids music channel.
Bradley likes Survivor right now. I think its the first season I let him watch.
Dylan likes the show Johnny Test. Has liked that show for a long while.
That's all of our favourites for February. Stay tuned for next months.
Keep on reading.

Toddler Topics: What to Pack for a Day Trip.
Hello Everyone!
So today I'm going to be doing a blog on Toddler Topics. I will be doing a variety of these blogs. Thought it would be different.
So my first one is what I pack for my toddler when we go out.
So I have diapers, he isn't toilet trained yet.
Wipes, I always carry the big one. I forgot to take a picture.
I have bum cream for him. One is a prescription because he gets a bum rash he is allergic to his poo lol. Have to change him as soon as he is done.
All his snacks go on top with his sippy cup. I walk everywhere so I put all his toys at the bottom of the stroller for him.
I forgot about the change pad I keep in the bag at all times.
Well that's everything.
Keep reading thanks.

Day In A Life: Feb. 24/2013
So, today I am doing a Day in a Life. Gunner is 22 months. He is getting so big. Anyway, here is some pictures of Gunner and Huntter dancing.

These two love to dance and listen to music. And the older boys, Dylan and Bradley love there video games lol.
They are playing Plants vs. Zombies. This was before I told them we were going to there favourite toy store, Toys R Us.
Yes I know his carseat isnt done up properly. He knows how to pull on the chest piece and loosens it. But I did fix it after i took this picture when i realized what he had done.
This is my mother she came with us to Toys R Us.
This was taken before we went in and had a blast. We stayed for a hour and a bit. Its so much fun in there.
Huntter loves her Monster High dolls.
Gunner almost fell asleep in the cart. Poor baby was so tired, but he was a trooper.
Gunner with his favourite toy, a ball.
My mom needed a break lol.
After Toys R Us, we headed home to put Gunner for his nap and relax. We played a game of Sorry and a couple of games of Crazy Eights. The boys also read and watched there shows. Huntter watched my mom start supper.
I was bored and took a picture of myself, lol.
This is what my mom is cooking. Its a yummy roast.
While supper was cooking, we watched a movie and waited for Gunner to wake up. When Gunner got up, the big kids went and played outside until my stepdad got home from the trailer. And then we had our yummy supper.
Roast and rice yum!
After supper, I watched another movie. Gave Huntter and Gunner a bath. Then the older boys played there new Lego game. Then the kids went to bed, and I am now writing this Day in a life blog. I hope you all enjoy our day.
Thanks for reading and keep on reading.
